About

A bridge between strategy, systems, and people

My career began in web and enterprise software, moved into embedded automotive systems and international program leadership, then expanded into operations and corporate excellence. That range lets me connect executive priorities with the realities of engineering, delivery, process, and change.

I hold an MBA from Durham Business School, an M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Duisburg-Essen, and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Jordan.

Today I lead enterprise AI transformation from strategy and use-case selection through implementation and organization-wide adoption. I also explore cyberpsychology and create Arabic AI content that helps professionals and builders make sense of a fast-moving field.

Experience behind the work

Useful perspective, earned in complex environments

Experience that helps turn complex challenges into clear decisions, practical action, and lasting progress.

Enterprise AI transformation

From strategy to adoption

I help shape AI direction, identify valuable use cases, guide implementation, and build the processes people need to adopt new capabilities responsibly.

Useful for AI roadmaps, pilots, governance, and adoption

Corporate excellence

Systems that make strategy executable

I have introduced company-wide OKRs, governed cross-functional processes, and led ISO 9001:2015 certification from the ground up, with responsibility for ISO 27001 and CMMI-aligned practices.

Useful for operating models, process design, and performance systems

International engineering leadership

Calm leadership for high-stakes work

Nearly a decade in Bosch automotive programs, including functional safety for highly automated driving, plus leadership of a 24-person cross-functional delivery team, shaped how I approach complexity, risk, and collaboration.

Useful for complex programs, cross-functional delivery, and quality-sensitive work
